SHIPPING

 

All standard domestic orders (shipped within the United States) are charged a FLAT RATE SHIPPING OF $7.00 for all orders up to $74.99 USD, and FREE SHIPPING on orders above $75.00 USD. We ship via US Postal Service's Priority Mail Service.

 

Orders are generally processed within 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. On occasion, we may experience packing or shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Please take these processing times into account.

 

If you would like to place a "Rush" order within the continental United States, we also offer USPS Express Mail shipping options. We will make every attempt to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it.

 

For International shipping, we use a variety of different carriers, and cost of shipping is dependent on the destination and weight of the shipment. Transit times are highly variable and should be taken into account for your specific country. Please e-mail us if you have any questions. Also note that Krishna Enterprises Worldwide Inc. is not responsible for import duties and/or taxes on your order.

 

Krishna Enterprises Worldwide Inc. cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment due to inclement weather or shipping carrier errors. We do not ship on Sundays or public Holidays.

 

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item, please e-mail us within 24 hours of receipt and we will take prompt action to replace the item or refund you. Usually, photos are required so that we can submit a claim with the shipping carrier. Please do not send back items prior to contacting us.

 

Please ensure that you inspect all packages for damage before accepting the package. If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact us as soon as possible.

 

 

 

RETURNS

 

Krishna Fashions wants you to be happy with your exclusive Prina Jewelry purchase and designer Priya Rangnekar stands behind her merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to return the unused, unworn (in original packing) item back to us for a refund. Please note that we charge a 5% restocking fee for all items that are returned for a refund. However, we will waive this fee for any items that are exchanged or returned for store credit.

 

Please contact us at shop@prinajewelry.com for all returns. We will reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours to begin the returns process.

 

Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. 

 

There is a $10.00 USD charge for address changes on packages that need to be re-routed during delivery or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address. Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout.

 

For a full refund, items must be unused, unassembled, unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, complete with all tags, boxes, pouches, instructions, and inserts. The returned items must be in the same new condition as when received. 

 

All items must be packed with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will not be accepted. 

 

Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the date you placed the order. 

When you return the item, please send the item at your own cost along with a copy of your invoice receipt. We recommend sending returns via USPS, FedEx, or UPS so that you can track and insure your shipment against loss or damage.

 

Krishna Enterprises Worldwide Inc. cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged on return transit. 

 

Please note that, though we offer discounted shipping prices for our customers, the shipping charge for exchanges is $9.95 when shipped within the U.S. Express options are also available. For all other locations, our standard and express shipping options are available for exchange orders. 

 

No refunds or store credit will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Items in used, worn, or damaged condition. 

  • Items returned 60 days after purchase. 

  • Items sent by Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.)

  • Items that are lost in the mail. Krishna enterprises Worldwide Inc. cannot be held responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit.
